Project Description
This program aimed to promote mobility and independence among persons with disabilities—specifically, individuals with spinal cord injuries and polio-related physical impairments—who are currently receiving 4.5 months of Basic and Advanced Tailoring Training at the VOICE Center run by SISN. The event was honored by the special presence of Lori Nuffer and Richard Nuffer from Latter-day Saints Charities. The Collaboration with international partners for inclusive empowerment of persons with disabilities through mobility support and skill-building training was one of the specialty of this program .
Seven selected trainees received wheelchairs to support their reintegration journey as they return to their communities and begin their entrepreneurial ventures. The event also included a center visit, interaction, and formal remarks from key stakeholders.

• Support for economic reintegration through tailoring entrepreneurship for person with disabilities
