Project Description
The Rotary Club of Balaju successfully organized a two-hour workshop at the Central Department of Population Studies, Tribhuvan University on 22 May 2026. The program was specially designed for Master’s Level students from different government colleges with the objective of motivating and preparing young students for future leadership and career success.
A total of 45 participants attended the workshop, including students and teachers from PK College and the Central Department of Population Studies, TU. Among the participants, there were 10 male and 30 female students, reflecting strong participation from young female leaders and youth groups.
The workshop was chaired by the Head of Department, Mahendra Sir, whose presence and guidance added great value to the program. The entire session and training class were conducted by Mr. Sourav Gupta from Speakmandu, who served as the resource person for the workshop.
The workshop focused on important topics related to personal and professional development, including:
• Understanding the real market needs
• Learning how to win in the real world
• Building a likable personality
Mr. Sourav Gupta delivered an interactive and inspiring session that highly motivated the students. Participants actively engaged in discussions, practical learning activities, and personality development exercises. The training emphasized confidence-building, communication skills, leadership qualities, and understanding the practical demands of today’s competitive world.
