Fellowship for Sharing

In accordance with the instructions of Rotary International District 3292 and in celebration of the UN Global Day of Parents 2026 under the theme “Together for Parents,” the Rotary Club of Gyaneswor organized a humanitarian service project at Manav Sewa Ashram on 1 June 2026.
As part of the program, the club contributed Rs. 15,000 towards lunch for the residents and provided additional food materials, including Bhuja, Dalmot, salt, biscuits, and other food items worth Rs. 3,000. The total project cost was Rs. 18,000.
The project directly benefited 275 elderly Aama and Baba residing at the Ashram. A total of four members of the Rotary Club of Gyaneswor actively participated in the implementation of the project.
This meaningful initiative provided an opportunity for Rotarians to engage in humanitarian service and express care and respect for elderly citizens. At the same time, it helped strengthen Rotary’s commitment to community service and enhanced the public image of Rotary through compassionate action and social responsibility.
